Signs & More was founded in 2001 by Larry Foster with the vision to create superior signage by providing excellent creative solutions & over-the-top customer service. We have been serving customers in Rochester, Rochester Hills, Troy, and the general Southeastern Michigan area since then.

Owner / Buck Stops Here Guy: Larry

Larry has over 27 years leadership experience with a Fortune 100 global company which gives him an enormous capability to help you create the image you are trying to project. He is a solid business person who knows that the way to excel in any economy is to take care of your customers first. Larry is also excellent at hiring amazing and talented team members.

General Manager: Molly

Molly keeps everything running like a top. She is a warm person who never lets a job go out the door until it is purrrrfect!

She has many years of signage experience and is an exceptional organizer. She is the team member you want managing your project.

Print Production & Designer : Niko

The office "quiet nice guy", Niko's polite demeanor masks his dry sense of humor and great impersonation of co-worker Mike at least 93% of the time.  The other 7% has his fellow designer giggling at his quirks. Strange sightings are sometimes seen around the office, much like Big Foot, of Niko skipping while passing from one side of the office to the other.  We have tried to capture this event on film, never to be successful. Inside Niko must have the heart of a retired business man, as his favorite past time is golfing whenever possible.  He does have a hip, cool side tho,  which would be eating sushi in "posh" Royal Oak with his lovely wife.  If Niko could have a TV hero, it would definitely be Jim from The Office.

Production / Fabrication team:  Steve

Don't let that serious look on his face scare you, Steve is a good guy, he's probably just concentrating a little too hard.  With years of construction experience under his belt (since 1990), he is considered trustworthy with good accountability. He has been known to say his personal Shangri-La is "Guitars and Rock N Roll baby!" He lives by the rules, "work hard & play hard. Live, love, laugh". Steve say's his own personal motto is "There's a million ways to laugh, and everyone's a path." The guy loves quotes, what can I say?!

Production / Fabrication Team: Mike

Said with love, Mike is the shop's "wise-cracking, know it all".
He has all the reason to be with years of experience servicing, building, painting and vinyling a wide variety of signs since 1994. In his home life Mike is quite the domestic, taking great pride in his yard and garden, intact with gazebo hooked up to cable TV. Mike is a member of nearly every lodge in the state of Michigan. Some people collect small ceramic cats, Mike collects social meeting clubs. Is Mike a sports nut? YES! He follows the Red Wings, Tigers, U of M football and is not ashamed to admit he supports the Detroit Lions and stands by them to this day.
